Ai Kago's New PV: no hesitAtIon

I haven't seen many posts about Ai Kago, or the fact that she has released a PV, so I'm going to share it. I've already done plenty of posts with my personal opinions, therefore I'm going to give you a little break. Form your own opinions on this one. Enjoy:

AKB48 MADNESS

WTF was what I was think during and after watching the American version of AKB48's hit single River. I love all the members that appear in the PV, but I wish there were more of them. I didn't feel like a PV to me because those who would be singing the lines in the song were not present. Then there are only two shots: their faces and feet. (There is more, but not very much.) I also kept thinking... what did you do to HER FACE?!?! I like the concept of trying something new and different, but I didn't like the results. I feel really disappointed. I was on YouTube and I was thrilled when I say a US version of River, but then it went downhill. There is one good thing to come out of this... the behind the scenes. It is in English, with subs for the Japanese, which is extremely rare to find for an AKB48 fan who has a Mac. I encourage you to watch both the PV and the Making. Here they are:

New Poll: Favorite Morning Musume Member

I always enjoy polls on other blogs, so I'm going to try one out. I'll think of better questions, but I want to see the results for this question. However, the html does not work with Blogger, so give your answers in the comments. If I get a lot of answers, then I will tally the results, and post the winner!

SHOCK! not really

I shouldn't be surprised that the PV basically is Airi, with the rest of C-ute as back ups. C-ute was the last main Hello Project group that I have learned to love. I have enjoyed their past hits, but I never paid to much attention. This is the beginning of me following the group, so don't get upset if I say something wrong. I L-O-V-E Maimi's short hair. I also like this line-up.
After watching the PV, my reaction was...okay. I love the members, except one I can live without, and the outfits. However, the song and everything else was average. Did anyone else think that the close-ups either made the girls look weird, or were just awkward?
Here is the problem with Hello Project, they forgot how to share the love. Most of the PVs feature a couple of members of any group. These days it is all about favoritism. I feel like they went back to the days where Nacchi was the lead singer of morning musume, and everyone else was back up. I want to return to the days where morning musume was bigger, and found a way to feature the old and new members. Here is an example:

Since this post was mostly about C-ute's new PV, here it is:

I'm Not Sad To See Her Gone...

I have to say that I've been introduced to morning musume late (or early considering I'm 17). I don't recall how it happened or what the line-up was, but Koharu has never been my favorite.
I don't find her that interesting, and her personality rubs me the wrong way. My favorite thing to come out of Koharu was some of her solo songs. However, I'm generally not really satisfied with the current members.
I have hope that this means there will be another audition, with hopefully more than one new member. My other hope (which will not likely come true) is that the lines will be more evenly distributed between the members. I love Reina, and Ai is fine (getting sick of her always at the front), but I want to see more of everyone else. I will talk more about this in other posts.
I wish her the best, but morning musume NEEDS to change.
