Supp No Onna - SDN48's first episode!

SDN48 is finally going to join AKB and SKE and become a full fledged group, complete with their own programing.  This is short with their first episode being under 12 minutes.  The main object, I believe, is to promote the group.  Our SDN48 reps are two graduated members of AKB48.

 
Let the fun BEGIN!
It is great to see that all the members have an equal opportunity at being featured, which will give those who are not familiar to get to know all of them and find their favorite.  Watch out for other graduated members from AKB48, including Team B's old captain...

The goal of today's episode is to get a feature in a newspaper.  As you can see, one of the front girls of SKE48 has quite a large chunk of the page.  Let's see how they are going to do this...

The girls will be selected at random by drawing 'straws.'  They select either red or white.  The girls are narrowed down to about half the members.

Unfortunately they have to be narrowed down once again after entering the building.  This is very entertaining even though not a lot is going down.

The girls are then lowered down to three members after being asked questions and selected by the staff of the newspaper.  There were three judges and they each picked their favorite.  I find it hilarious that a certain someone (Nachu) has made it this far.  Here are the three final members:

They do a little para para dance to win over (I think) an editor.  If anyone is going to persuade someone it is Nachu.

Good job ladies he gave in!  They end with a partial stage performance and behind the scenes shots.  This was a great show and I know I'll continue to follow it!

*I believe that SDN comes from SaturDay Night, which I only recently figured out.
